Le d\u00e9cret d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique date du 24 avril 1908 et le trac\u00e9 d\u00e9finitif de la ligne ne sera termin\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en 1909, apr\u00e8s bien\n                      des difficult\u00e9s avec certaines municipalit\u00e9s et des propri\u00e9taires expropri\u00e9s.\n                      <br>\n                      <br>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Tramways D\u00e9partementaux de la Corr\u00e8ze ( STDC ) est constitu\u00e9e l\u00e9galement depuis le 19 F\u00e9vrier 1912.\n                      <br>Les terrassements ne seront achev\u00e9s qu&rsquo;en 1912, trois entreprises se partageront la ligne.<\/p>\n                    <p>Conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret de 1881, r\u00e9gissant les tramways d\u00e9partementaux, le train ne devait comporter plus de huit voitures, ni mesurer plus de 70m, et ne pas d\u00e9passer la vitesse de 25Km\/h.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le Transcorr\u00e9zien \u00e9tait loin de toutes ces normes et sa vitesse ne d\u00e9passait pas les 15km\/h avec la locomotive Piquet 030T.\n                      <br>La ligne Tulle-Ussel e\u00fbt tout de suite des r\u00e9sultats financiers sup\u00e9rieurs aux pronostics \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse des autres lignes des T.C. &#8230;<\/p>\n                    <p>Par mesure d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, la premi\u00e8re automotrice SAURER ( malheureusement sans image ) entra en service sur la ligne Ussel-Tulle en Octobre 1924, qui compta bient\u00f4t 3 Locomotives dont une DE DION BOUTON JAS moins puissante que la SAURER\n                      dont la vitesse \u00e9tait de 21 km\/h.\n                      <br>A partir de 1956, deux Autouail BILLARD DIESEL sont misent en circulation et la vitesse peut monter jusqu&rsquo;a 27 km\/h.\n                      <br>\n                      <br>Le 1er Avril 1925, la S.E.C.C. ( Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;exploitation des chemins de fer de la Corr\u00e8ze ) regroupait au sein d&rsquo;une m\u00eame administration les r\u00e9seaux du P.O. (Compagnie d&rsquo;Orl\u00e9ans), et de Compagnie des Tramways d\u00e9partementaux de la\n                      Corr\u00e8ze.<\/p>\n                    <p>L&rsquo;avenir appartenait \u00e0 l&rsquo;autorail.<\/p>\n                    <p>A compter de 1er Janvier 1932, la S.E.C.C. g\u00e9rait le r\u00e9seau du P.O. en Corr\u00e8ze, pour le compte de la S.T.A.P.O. ( Socci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Transports Auxiliaires de Paris Orl\u00e9ans ), elle-m\u00eame rendait des comptes \u00e0 la Compagnie d&rsquo;Orl\u00e9ans, cette\n                      derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par l&rsquo;Etat.<\/p>\n                    <p>L&rsquo;exploitation est chaque ann\u00e9e d\u00e9ficitaire; le 15 Juillet 1932, un service autocar r\u00e9gulier de voyageurs relie Ussel \u00e0 Neuvic.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le train est conserv\u00e9 pour les marchandises de foires d&rsquo;Ussel et de Neuvic.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le 31 Ao\u00fbt 1937, la S.N.C.F. est cr\u00e9\u00e9e et se met en place le 1er Janvier 1938.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le 3 septembre 1939, les trains p\u00e9riodiques des foires et march\u00e9s sont supprim\u00e9s<\/p>\n                    <p>pour un seul aller-retour r\u00e9gulier entre Ussel et Neuvic, avec toujours l&rsquo; autobus.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le 3 Mars 1942, la S.N.C.F. rachetait et fusionnait S.T.A.P.O. et S.E.C.C. au sein d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le d&rsquo;Exploitation des Transports Auxiliaires (S.C.E.T.A. )<\/p>\n                    <p>Le d\u00e9ficit d&rsquo;exploitation atteint en 1958 les 35 millions d&rsquo; ancien Francs.\n                      <br>\n                      <br>Le 3 d\u00e9cembre 1958, par 19 voix contre 2 et 1 abstention, le D\u00e9partement d\u00e9cide la disparition du \u00ab tacot \u00bb \u00e0 compter du 1er Janvier 1960.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le 31 D\u00e9cembre 1959, le dernier autorail fit le dernier parcours de cette ligne par un temps de neige.
